Our company was built on a shared commitment to quality workmanship, honest service, and keeping people comfortable year-round. Co-owned by Darin Johnson and Evan Johnson, we bring together deep industry roots, technical expertise, and real-world experience to serve our customers with confidence and care.
HVAC runs in the family. Darin grew up around the trade—his father worked in the HVAC industry for
over 40 years, instilling a strong work ethic and respect for doing things the right way.
That foundation shaped Darin’s understanding of the business side of HVAC and the importance of
accuracy,
reliability, and professionalism.
Today, Darin handles estimating and detailed reporting, working closely with law
firms
and contractors. With a background in the storm and restoration industry, he brings valuable
experience in inspections, documentation, and navigating complex projects where precision and
accountability matter most.
Evan’s path into HVAC is rooted in caring for others. While in high school, Evan was interested in
nursing, drawn to helping people feel better. Over time, he realized he could apply that
same passion—keeping people comfortable and safe—to the HVAC trade.
Evan began his career working locally in Denver for a large national HVAC company, where he
gained hands-on experience across residential and commercial systems. After five years in the field, he
knew it was time to build something of his own—something focused on craftsmanship, customer service, and
long-term solutions.
Evan quickly earned his Master Mechanical License, EPA Certification, and NATE
Certifications, ensuring the highest level of technical knowledge and compliance with industry
standards.
Together, Darin and Evan combine generations of industry insight, modern technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Whether it’s a routine service call, a complex mechanical project, or detailed reporting for contractors and legal teams, our goal is always the same: to deliver dependable comfort solutions you can trust.
We are one of only a few HVAC contractors that focus on work in the insurance industry.
