Free estimates provided by HVAC Only Inc are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. HVAC Only Inc works with insurance companies and adjusters on HVAC replacement and repair claims. Our reports and assessments are prepared to the best of our professional ability and knowledge. We make no guarantee as to insurance claim outcomes or approval decisions, which remain solely within the discretion of the insurance carrier.
Our written reports are prepared for the client who commissioned them and may not be used for any other purpose without written consent.
HVAC Only Inc stands behind its workmanship. Labor warranty terms will be stated in your service agreement. Equipment and parts warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Warranties are void if equipment is misused, modified by unauthorized parties, or subjected to conditions outside normal operating parameters.
HVAC Only Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, even if HVAC Only Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Only Inc and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
